1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tk1973 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who registers an account, accesses, browses, or uses any service made available through the tk1973 website at https://tk1973.net and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

tk1973 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the tk1973 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Supplementary Policies

These Terms should be read alongside the following supplementary policies, each of which is incorporated by reference and forms part of the overall legal agreement between you and tk1973:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, use, and storage of your personal data
• Responsible Gaming Policy — governing player protection tools and self-exclusion procedures
• Bonus & Promotions Terms — governing the specific conditions attached to each promotional offer

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless a supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on tk1973, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at the time of each wager placed.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated software agents may not register accounts.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent of any third party.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by tk1973 or by any affiliated gaming operator, that remains in force at the time of registration.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tk1973, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of wagering on the Platform.

2.1 Age Verification

tk1973 verifies player age at the point of registration via OTP (one-time password) linked to the mobile number provided. tk1973 further reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of the first withdrawal request.

Any account where age verification has been requested but not satisfactorily completed within the specified time window will be suspended. Winnings accumulated during a suspension period will be held pending verification. If age verification reveals that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all outstanding balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Parental Controls

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one (1) registered account on tk1973. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update this information if it changes. tk1973 is not liable for any losses or delays arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. tk1973 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat message.

You agree to notify tk1973 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tk1973 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach is attributable to your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming, tk1973 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before a withdrawal is approved or if your account activity triggers a review under tk1973's anti-money laundering protocols. Accepted documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (bio data page)
• Driver's licence (where it includes date of birth and photograph)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification (dated within 90 days)

Accounts that do not complete KYC within the timeframe specified by tk1973 support may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk1973 — including deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk1973 does not accept foreign currency deposits, apply currency conversion, or charge foreign exchange fees.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within the account cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and by your current VIP tier. tk1973 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one (1) hour of submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC) and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

tk1973 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined if the supporting KYC documentation is incomplete, expired, or inconsistent with the account registration details.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You may only fund your tk1973 account using payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods — including accounts registered in the name of another person, whether a family member or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the account suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotions

tk1973 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this section and on the individual promotion page.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion page expressly states otherwise, all bonus funds issued by tk1973 carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

tk1973 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, the forfeiture of winnings derived from that bonus, and potentially the permanent closure of the account:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once
• Using staking strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee bonus turnover at minimal risk)
• Colluding with other players to share or pool bonus funds
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash (except where expressly stated), or combined with other promotional offers unless the relevant promotion page explicitly permits combination. tk1973 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per shared device or IP address is permitted.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on tk1973, you agree to the following ongoing obligations throughout the duration of your account membership:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any communication with tk1973 support.
• You will keep your account details up to date, including your registered mobile number and email address, so that important account notifications can be delivered reliably.
• You will use the tk1973 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and will not use it to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You will ensure that all funds deposited into your tk1973 account are legitimately obtained and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.
• You will comply with all applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside when accessing and using the Platform.
• You will not access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other automated tool without the prior written consent of tk1973.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software component of the Platform.
• You will report any technical errors, game malfunctions, or suspected security vulnerabilities to tk1973 support promptly rather than exploiting them.

6.1 Responsible Gaming Obligations

tk1973 strongly encourages all players to engage with the Platform's responsible gaming tools. You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent financial risk, that the house edge means that the majority of players will lose money over time, and that tk1973's games are intended as a form of adult entertainment rather than a reliable source of income. You agree to use the deposit limit, session reminder, cooling-off, and self-exclusion tools made available to you if your gambling activity is causing or is at risk of causing financial or personal harm.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the tk1973 platform. tk1973 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate — including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement — in response to any of the following:

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Registering using false, stolen, or synthetic identity information
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Providing falsified KYC documents
• Misrepresenting your age, identity, or eligibility status

7.2 Game Integrity Violations

• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other game where collusion would confer an unfair advantage
• Using prohibited software tools (card-counting programs, real-time odds calculators, automated betting bots) to influence game outcomes
• Exploiting known software bugs, game errors, or RNG vulnerabilities to generate winnings without genuine risk
• Match-fixing or influencing the outcome of any sporting event on which you have placed a wager through tk1973

7.3 Money Laundering and Financial Crime

• Using the tk1973 platform to launder funds, structure deposits, or cycle money through the casino for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment
• Depositing funds and withdrawing them without engaging in genuine wagering activity
• Facilitating the use of the Platform by any third party for the purposes described in this section

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tk1973 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Evidence of multiple-account operation
• Abuse of the bonus system
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward tk1973 staff or other players
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request

8.1 Consequences of Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tk1973 may forfeit some or all of the balance held in the account, including both deposited funds and winnings, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, any verified balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the tk1973 support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". The support team will process your request within 48 hours and confirm closure by email. Please note that if you have an active self-exclusion in place, re-registration is not permitted for the duration of the exclusion period.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. tk1973 will notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, are deducted at a rate published in the cashier section of the Platform at the time the dormancy policy takes effect. Dormant accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1973 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if tk1973 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tk1973's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with tk1973 support shall be referred to binding arbitration. tk1973's decision on any matter relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account closure, or balance disputes shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud.
